The Microsoft CMT service is used for managing the peer-reviewing process for i-MACE 2025 by Microsoft. We appreciate Microsoft for providing this facility free and bearing all the expenses including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support towards the complete management of the CMT.

General Instructions for Authors

Welcome to the 4th International Conference Innovations in Mechanical & Civil Engineering (i-MACE 2025) submission portal! We are excited to have you join us and share your research. Below are the guidelines for submitting your paper to the conference:

Submission Types

  • Full Papers: Submissions presenting complete research with significant results.
  • Abstracts: A concise summary of ongoing or preliminary research.

Submission Format

  • File Format: Please submit your manuscript in Word format.
  • Page Limit: Your paper should not exceed 10 pages, including references and appendices.
  • Font: Use Times in Roman size 12 for the main text and 12 for footnotes.
  • Margins and Spacing: Standard 1-inch margins, double-spaced (except for figures, tables, and references).

Template and Style

  • Conference Template: Template will be shared soon.
  • References: Use IEEE style for referencing.
  • Figures and Tables: Ensure all figures and tables are clearly labeled. Use high-quality images and include captions.
  • Abstract: Your submission must include an abstract (up to 250 words) summarizing your research.

Submission Process

  • The submission will be done on Conference Management Tool (CMT) detail guidelines will be provided soon
  • All submissions will undergo peer review. Authors will be notified of the acceptance decision.
  • After the acceptance the author will present the paper in conference in an offline mode and all accepted papers will proceed toward the publication process to the journal.

Copyright and Plagiarism

  • Copyright: By submitting your paper, you retain the copyright, but grant the conference organizers the right to publish your work in the conference proceedings and on the conference website.
  • Plagiarism: All submissions will be checked for plagiarism. Ensure your work is original and properly cited.
